Caught a 6pm show, with a quick scan of tix purchased online, and a not-very-long line to grab a tallboy of craft beer (16oz alarmist pantsless for $10) before grabbing our seats. The seats are comfortable, and although they don't "recline", they have plenty of cushion and rockability to lean back. My tallboy sat perfectly in the drink holder on the armrest between sips. The sound in the theater (one of their smaller rooms) was good, and although it wasn't the-largest--screen-you'veva-seen, it put on a great display for even a Marvel installment.

The theater was nice but the people working there, not so much! We were 50 minutes late due to parking to see The Lost City, I thought she said 15 minutes late- after viewing what was left of the movie, I went to ask if I could see the beginnig, the clerk said NO, because we had already agreed. She could have allowed us to see the 1st part of the movie- but she didn't.

Solid neighborhood theater. Lots to do adjacent to it in the neighborhood itself, including amazing bars, restaurants, abs shopping. Sound is excellent. Cleanliness is good. Movie selections they show are above average.

I came here for the Searching premiere and it was such an awesome experience. We got to see the celebrities come to the premier on the red carpet. Free popcorn & soda were offered for all the attendants. The theater itself is super clean and the restrooms are on the high end for public restrooms. The only downside was $3 parking after validation for the first 4 hours.

There is street parking and the theater is a short walk from the 49 Western bus or the Western Brown Line L stop.
Call the Davis Theater because everybody answering questions here are just customer's.
