5 stars. Not sure why so many bad reviews. My and my wifes experience was amazing. Super friendly and professional staff. The doctor was very good, he talked to me like I was a person and not just a patient. Explained everything he was doing. A+++ It was our first visit.

Can I give a no star rating? What a horrible place!! Dr (or whatever she is called) Carrie Ann Bame came into the room, never introduced herself to me, never checked me out, spent 3 minutes listening to my problem and wrote my prescription. Medical assistant that took me in was rude and blunt, asked medical questions way too fast and I was a 7:30 am patient!!!! (more like customer I was) Either the employees get paid less than the minimum or they are just miserable people. I had to call because the appointment was so fast and I had a question. I was on the phone for 8 minutes!!! Way longer than being with the "Dr". Wasted $30.00 of my copay!!!! Never again! Don't waste your hard-earned money, this place is not worth it!!!

I recently relocated from Texas and needed to secure a dermatologist. I have severe eczema resulting in lots of medicine and lotions to stop the itching, etc. I am currently seeing Cary Anne Bame, PA (“Cary Anne) and I am totally thrilled with the office staff, doctors and especially Cary Anne. In a very short time, Cary Anne focused in on the main issue, reduced the dermatology medication and showed me what it was like not to be constantly uncomfortable. The most amazing thing about Cary Anne is her knowledge in the field of dermatology. I have learned so much about my skin, how to care for it better and get treatments beneficial to me. I have been under a dermatologist care for years, but I have never encountered an office so knowledgeable, always ready to listen to a patient and the staff goes above and beyond, they are always willing to take the extra step to help a patient. Thank you, Academic Alliance, and Cary Anne, for making my life so much easier.

My wife and I both highly recommend Dr. David Lam. He did the surgery and repair on my wife's face (cheek) for the removal of basal cell carcinoma and he did an excellent job. Not only was his workmanship fantastic, but he is also a very caring, personable doctor. He makes you feel comfortable and relaxed during the procedure. He said he could recommend a plastic surgeon, but my wife previously had basal cell carcinoma removed from her forehead from a plastic surgeon at Bay Dermatology, who did a horrible job. She opted to try Dr. Lam's expertise at Academic Alliance in Tarpon Springs and will never go to anyone else again. Great job!
