This Culver’s is similar to all the others. The staff was friendly, my order was correct and the bathrooms were clean. Located just north of the HIP (Harlem and Irving Park) Mall. Burgers are good and their concrete mixers are always delicious!

Always gets order wrong. They have people working the drive thru that don’t seem like they like their job. Terrible customer service. Started going to this location when they opened and it’s gone down significantly. A simple concrete mixer gets messed up. And more than once. Literally every single time

food was really good, but most of the staff was unprofessional. We were the only people in the dining room... and all we heard throughout our meal was an onslaught of bad grammar and swearing. Staff were loud and not acting appropriately, although they seemed to get the orders out. We would not recommend dining in, unless you do not mind foul mouths, banter, booming voices, chatter about not helping to wash dishes later and a constant reminder of lack of leadership and rules for the staff to follow. The language alone could explain the empty dining room on a Friday night. disappointed to say the least... but food was delicious, except the stale dinner roll.

I haven't had culver's in years. I remembered that they were really good but I always kinda just pass them up. Me and the wife stopped in today, and I understand that's it's essentially just fast-food, but we had some great food. That's not the best part. The customer service was amazing. I'm kind of indecisive, even if I think I know what I want before I step up. The guy helped me decide what was a great choice, he was patient, and smiling the entire time. I would come back to Culver's just for experiences like these. The food was really good too. Thanks guys
