She goes above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your new home,even doing the work herself to fix doors and touch up paint where it needs it. My wife Amy and I couldn't be happier here. The neighbors are very friendly and always ready to lend a helping hand if you need them to. It's so peaceful here just a wonderful place to live.

All of our homes are owner occupied. None for rent. Currently only one home is for sale right now in our Community. For information on this home, please contact the listing realtor at 724-747-5529. It's lot fee is $385. Thank you for your interest in our Community.
None of our homes are for rent. Each home is owner occupied. Only the property is leased from us.
I only sell brand new manufacturered homes. Our community does have a couple of preowned homes for sale. Those homes are either for sale by owner or realtor. You can obtain the seller's contract info from the For Sale signs by driving through our Community.
