If i could put No stars i would ! do no go here they do not do their jobs. they even gossip about their patients when walls are clearly easy to hear through ! The Dr was very unprofessional and pretty sassy like wow. i feel they all don’t deserve to be in a position at Advent health . Do better by people !

My 17 year old daughter is expecting. She has been going to the Brandon OBGYN clinic since she was approximately 8 weeks along. She will be 30 weeks tomorrow and it's almost impossible to get an appointment. The doctor (who is great) said to make appointments every two weeks as she is in the 3rd trimester and they could not find anything for over a month out. I complained they called "corporate" and she was scheduled to see someone in Tampa for later on today. So today I call to cancel it as she was admitted last night with covid and am told that her next appointment which follows this one had been canceled and no one can see her until the end of July. Why was her appointment canceled without any communication? When will she finally see her doctor? I have no idea as you cannot get through on the phone. Update: They made her an appointment for the 14th of July but yesterday we received a call that there will be no doctor available then and so it has been canceled once again. We are waiting for a call back to be rescheduled. At this rate, the baby will be one year old before she is seen for her maternity appointments.

This office have canceled my appt 2 times x one time it was the day of my appointment and the 2nd time was once I got to the office. The nurses are extremely rude and the place was hot. DO. NOT. GO. HERE!

I am in care with this place right now and I am beyond annoyed! I will not mention any doctor names due to their own privacy but I will mention this.. it is so unprofessional. I have been calling for days to see if my blood work is in I had blood work April 14th , I’ve left voicemails and no responses. I’ve even messaged then on the portal and no response. My mother in law is trying to do a gender reveal for me and I don’t even know if I even took the blood test for the gender because no one is telling me anything. I had one lady say the test wasn’t ordered then another say it was but it was ready yet. But now that I’ve been calling to get my results no one is answering. I honestly want to get all of my medical records from this place and go somewhere else.
