Use caution dealing with them. Put a deposit on a used bike but somehow it got broken in prep and not available for weeks. Now I get excuses on why I can't the deposit until it goes through accounting. No guarantee their accounting department is faster than their service. Either they are incompetent or shady or both.

I took my bike in to get tires, 4/30/22. They had them on in under 2 hours. The price was exactly what they told me. The service writer, i believe named Logan was super polite, and knowledgeable. The girl i didn't see her name tag, had the tires i needed, knew her stuff and was funny. The mechanic let me know that he did a look over on my bike and didn't see anything to be concerned about, as well as adjusted my rear brakes. All and all, they had great attitudes, didn't make me feel like a burden and while the price of the tires was more than other places, with their free installation it ended up being over $100 cheaper than other places i checked. I'll be returning when i go to buy a new bike.
