Definitely worth stopping by. I was hesitant on coming to town fair because I didn’t know how much it was going to be. I called in a head of time and spoke with Carlos. We made an appointment for the morning and he helped me pick out the right tires for a perfect price and it didn’t take long at all. Not a lot of customers like to acknowledge the great customer service they received. This company deserves the 5 star rate

I stopped in to see what they had for inventory for my new 2011 camery I just purchased. I was hesitant because my past experience with this location wasn’t that good . I heard they were under new management and WOW was I surprised at the difference. I worked with Justin when it came to picking out rims he was very patient with me and even took time with another employee outside with the rims to my car that I was debating on getting . My gentleman who installed my new rims and tires was exceptional in making sure I was happy.. Definitely recommend them for all your tire and rims needs !!!

Great staff and Antonio was great to work with. Came in without an appointment to replace a flat tire and a damaged one. He didn't try to sell me more than I needed and was very accurate with a time frame for how long it would take. Super appreciative of the good service!

I have been going to Town Fair Tires in Chicopee for years and have never had any issues. They do a fantastic job and within a reasonable amount of time. Justin was especially helpful in explaining tire rotation and my warranty. He gave me the best tires for my price range. I had gone to another tire place, many years ago, and I had issues with the valves leaking. I had to go back twice to fix it and it still wasn't resolved. I ended up going to Town Fair and they took good care of me and my car and I didn't have any more issues. I highly recommend
