Attended a wedding shower recently. Venue was clean with a spectacular view. Service was great. Only negative I took away as a guest from the event was a young lady looking at venue for her upcoming shower/wedding came into shower and start taking photos with her phone during the shower I attended while the bride-to-be was unwrapping her gifts. Incredible. I was shocked. The shower was early enough in the day where an afternoon appointment could have been scheduled.

Yes for events only
There are 4 distinct rooms available. There is a rental fee, most events have a 3 hour minimum rental. They have many menus for different kinds of events. That's all I can glean from the website. You'll need to call them for more info.
A Google search brought up several links. One link stated their capacity as up to 275 people, minimum 40. I looked at several links. Only one gave capacity info. Hope this helps. If you are not confident of this link's info, you could call the Plum municipality. Ask for the department that handles the legal capacity of buildings. It might be the Fire Dept. but I'm not sure.
Exit off turnpike is Harmarville, many hotels on Freeport Road 10 minutes max from there to Hall.
