They lost my package and have been giving me the run around for a month, they told me it was going to be deliver and they had attempted to before waited home the whole day and never came yet they still say attempted delivery. I don't know what they are doing. And I don't think they do either.

Hello, if you have a printed prepaid label for the return and it is attached to the package you are able to give it to the UPS driver. ^ER
CALL THEM WITH THE TRACKING NUMBER N THEY WILL HOLD IT FOR U. JUST BE AWARE OF PICK UP HRS. THEY CLOSE FOR A SHORT PERIOD DURING LUNCH
