I have had very good experiences at Pratt Abbott. The place is clean, the machines are in good condition and work well. The washing machines and dryers are very reasonably priced. The automatic entrance doors took some time to get use to, but I realized how helpful they are and now I like them alot. The staff has alwaye been friendly! I recommend Pratt Abbott.

I've used this laundromat many times, and it's always clean, and the employees are helpful and friendly. Prices are reasonable and clothes dry fairly quickly. The only thing I would change are the hours on weekends.

They have posted hours that start at 7 am. Because usually only 2 or 3 of their large machine s work. Seriously in the last year they have 5 large washers and always 2-3 are not working. Which is why I should up 5 minutes before opening to get one and everytime they are in use because and I quote "I get here early I let them in" so next time I come 15 minutes early and once again they are all in use this time by another employee who I quote told the other worker "thanks for saving them for me" listen price wise it's average it is clean but they half the time are not wearing mask employee and customer and you can't get a working large machine with out getting there an hour before opening

Since living in town for two years,I try not to go here. It is not kept up on for being clean inside and outside the building. There is always dust on top of machines and the floor is not kept up as it should be. Bathroom was alright. There have been broken machines for months. Outside the building the Goodwill bin is always over flowing, the benches are falling apart and it is never swept (leaves,trash) always looks trashy. Some flowers hanging and around the sign would be nice. Most times I go to Booms Laundry in biddeford.
