I have rented from these people for over 10 yrs.. and they are wonderful people.. I have not once been disappointed. (Its a shame that the same family can leave 5 negative reviews (pertaining to one incident), despite the fact that only 1 person was actually the customer!) So don't believe everything you read on here.. try them for yourself, they are truly good people running a good business!!

IF i could give negative ZERO stars i would, tried renting from them and they refused.... clearly just lazy they said they dont wanna go out in the weather

They were rude and insisted we did not reserve a tent, tables and chairs. When we ordered from them for the past two years, they said we were confused and must have called somewhere else. When I called back to complain to the owner (who wasn't there and never returned my call) and told them I would be leaving a bad review they said well just make sure its for the tents and tables and chairs but not for our equipment. It is pathetic and embarrassing. Do NOT Rent from them.

They were great for 2 years! But this year they didn't show up! I was told that I never reserved my table and chairs and a tent. He told me I must have called somewhere else because I wasn't on the schedule. I called them 2 times in August to verify I was on the schedule. Each time the person who answered said he would put me on the schedule but it needed to be verified by someone else. Finally on my 3rd call they were able to transfer me to some guy who said yes I was on the schedule. He would put it on for the same order as last year. Great! Flash forward to today I call and a guy answers and says okay I'll call Jim and see what is happening. I get a call back on a cell phone saying he knows I'm not on the schedule because he is the only one who answers the phone since his help quit in August. I said I called August 23rd and he said well the guy helping me must have quit before then. And I'm thinking then who did I talk to in the office 20 minutes ago? I KNOW I ordered from them because I always pull my invoice from last year and call off of that! Completely unprofessional!! He was rude and apparently does not care about repeat customers! I would never suggest them to anyone else. Completely screwed us for our open house event tomorrow. DO NOT USE.
