This team is the best!!! We have weekly meetings here and I had put down the wrong date. Sarah and Steve are LIFE SAVERS!!! They accommodated my whole group, made sure we had everything we needed, and went above and beyond to make it work. I can not thank them enough for their patience and positive attitudes!!!!

Currently staying here. The staff is very, very nice. Absolutely friendly, but the hotel itself is worn down badly. Cobwebs on the ceiling, inside the window in my room. Not really clean. Beds are comfortable and look clean. The location is off everything. Seems to be a staff hotel, where companies put in their people. I will definitely not stay here again.

Negative: Door not closed we have to be sure is pushed in, Room service not daily only every two or three day. shower was not the best very little water. Dining area the waiter with an actitude.

Hotel was clean. The major problem for me is that the purpose of this trip was to relax and have pool fun with my children. The pool had clumps of hair floating in the pool, which made it unusable. For us the trip was ruined because our fun was going to be surrounded by pool activities.
