Ordered online from here I got whoppers and burgers with hard cold buns and my kids won’t even eat them. As I’m eating my whopper to make matters worse I encountered a hair in my mouth ! It’s black straight hair .. I have curly orange hair and so does everybody in my family have curly hairs .. this hair was embedded in my burger. I am disgusted !

Dine in. Waited for the lady to get off her phone to order. I customized my order. She got annoyed when we didn't come get the food. But we couldn't hear her because we were under the intercom/music and it was a bit loud. We did not get our order the way we wanted. But ended up eating it because we already waited long enough for it. Everyone was just on their phones the whole time. Pretty obvious about it too.
