This is the worst place ever went just for roots and the incompetent styles Mercedes Ruined my hair then they wanted me to pay for horse screw UPS worse place ever. Went to a real Salon and my hair is perfect. NEVER GO HERE MERCEDES IS THE WORST EVER AND THE LITTLE GIRL MANAGER WAS A JOKE. EVERYONE SHOULD GO TO Artisan salon. They are Professional unlike Burgati they are worse then Supercuts

I loved my hair yesterday thinking it's a bit shorter than what I said but that's ok, it's the style I wanted; which is long up to my breast in the front and short up to my neck at the back. Well I woke up this morning and hair tamed out of the blow out style (normal for me) but my hair is not what I wanted and what I had shown in the picture. It's not long in the front as I had asked. It's a f©k!ng bob cut all around and the sides were just rounded in so that it looked like what I wanted. Only the back was supposed to be up to my neck, not the front too. FML now I look like a girl scout!

This has been my first salon to do a professional hair cut and I was blessed by Cari. Ever since I had my first basic cut I fell in love. She kept it the way I wanted and took her time. I now get my hair died and styled by her as well. I love my hair thanks to her and get several compliments. Cari is super amazing at what she does and she’s a kind and gorgeous soul. As for the store and other staff they all are nice and do an excellent job as well. They offer a variety of hair products from Paul Mitchell to Burgatti which is a great affordable product that is good quality and nice to your hair. They offer you coffee or hot chocolate which is a bonus. The store is very kept up with maintenance and cleaning.
