I have been going to Sugarcoat Nail Lab for over a year now and could not be any HAPPIER. Not only is Ana the BEST but I feel comfortable seeing any of the staff for any service. Customer Service is always spot on and I enjoy myself while being pampered! The staff makes your feel comfortable and treat you like family. I can not say enough about the service they provide.

All these positive comments are from people the owner knows. When you see a business with this many positive ratings, just know it is fake! They took advantage of my mom being a non-native English speaker and did not tell her the image she showed the nail tech was going to be more than the $40 that the appt was booked under. I spoke with the supposed "manager" and "owner" of the salon and she said "why didn't your mother ask how much it's going to be?" "We don't tell customers that there will be additional charges for a service." When I told her it is upon them as a business and a business with integrity, to relay to client charges and not fool them- she said she will not do anything about it. When I told her my mom does not speak English, she literally said "then she should ask in Spanish! Her nail tech is Spanish." My mom is not even Hispanic or speaks Spanish! The fact that the "owner" assumed every person who does not speak English only speaks Spanish is repulsive and nasty. Horrible service and business model based on deceit and false advertisement. Any salon is better than a salon that is run by a money-hungry, liar, racist person. When I told her to confirm that they tricked my mom, she stayed quiet- knowing well that they did not tell her it will be higher price service because she looked "easy to fool." This is grave mistake you have done.

Best experience at a nail salon ever! Their customer service is unmatched and the talent of these nail artists is unbelievable. Highly recommend!

Wow :) This place is definitely a new favorite. I’ve been looking for a new nail salon and decided to give Sugarcoat Nail Lab a try. It was the fastest, most detailed, clean manicure I’ve ever had. Anna was so sweet and really understood what I wanted. They also fit me in last minute a little before closing, which I was very grateful for. Thanks guys, I’ll be back!
