I purchased a 2022 Trek Emonda SL 5 (which I absolutely love) from Trek of Boynton Beach. This is my second bike purchase from the store and as usual the very friendly and professional staff never disappoints (Justin, Jamie, Sal...and the entire staff). Very knowledgeable and helpful and willing to go the extra mile. They even helped me with the purchase of bikes for my job (Police Department). I always DO recommend the shop to friends, family and colleagues.

I would not recommend this place. I needed new tire tubes, to change my bike seat and to connect my odometer. The odometer was disconnected last time I brought it here for new tubes. They kept my bike for one week. They don't tell you about the 40 dollar charge for covid. They supposedly clean the bike?? When I got my bike back. The old seat was still on it. It took Chris two minutes to switch it. After I said that's not the new seat. He insisted it was. He brought the new seat I brought in from the back to prove it. I said that's the one I want on the bike. Then the odometer wasn't connected. The brake in the back rubs against the tire creating resistance. So I paid around $55 for them to put new tubes and air in my tires BEWARE they do not disclose a covid clean charge. I won't ever come back I'm going to try Richwagen in Delray

I bought a Trek Verve e-Bike from you two years ago. I've now accumulated 1100 miles and the chain and derailer needed adjustment. I called and dealt with Jaime who took care of me immediately and adjusted the bike so well that it is operating better now than it did when it was brand new. I am delighted with the service and with the way you took care of me at the Boynton Beach location. I have recommended you highly to all people in my development who might be interested in a bike!
