This was my very first time using Flynn tires in Carnegie. My experience there was fantastic. They did a great job! All I got done were new tires, oil change and wiper blades. From what I see, the guys work really hard, very friendly and courteous to all the customers.

I was at the Scott Township location. Everything was so easy! I pre-ordered my tires online and had communicated through text messages for selecting tires. Showed up today and the staff was friendly and knowledgeable, great value, I’ll definitely return!

Price was as advertised on their website. Price includes mounting, balancing, and tire disposal. Hazard warranty and alignment are additional services. I had my vehicle aligned within the last 2 months, so I waived that service and they were not pushy to make me do it. Got my tires ordered and they arrived in 2 days. Install was quick and easy. Took about an hour. Exceptional service from Kieth and his workers. I will definitely take all of my vehicles to Flynn.

There was miscommunication between the front desk and what the mechanics heard . I said it may be a wheel balance or alignment, the front desk said it hats what I do antes done today high was not true and I was charged for big but never took care of the problem $148. Called on the he way home and then got another appointment. Then at my other appointment I was there for four hours and new rotors and brakes later took care of most of the problem but had to bring it back. Then finally they took care of the problem and it seems to be fine but it cost me Almost $500. But Gary Scott increased did finally take care of the problem
