You can find some good deals here. I wasn’t impressed with management. I bought a nice shelf that was unable to fit in my vehicle the day of. Was told they can hold for 24 hours. I came back a few days later hoping it would still be there, but wouldn’t be surprised if it was gone as they told me 24 hours. It was not there, it got sold it to someone else. I got no refund, when I asked about a possible refund or exchange as I saw something else I liked, was told my the manager that none of those options were possible. So they made double profit over the shelf, the store basically took my money and management didn’t even try to compromise with the customer. He was short with me, told me there was nothing he could do and had attitude. I still bought 2 other things I liked, but they should really think about satisfying their customers, policy or not. I was a manager for 10+ years and even though we had policy, we were willing to bend and do anything to meet the needs of a customer. There are always things you can do in order to have a customer happy enough to come back and shop. I have had better customer service at Walmart. It’s a thrift store, the least you could do was give me a refund or credit for the little I paid.

Love shopping at Saver’s, but they are not great when it comes to pricing. They will mark up some brands way over their value, but then others they price way under their value. Why buy used gap jeans for $12 when you can go over to Burlington and buy them new for under $10?

This Savers has a decent selection of items. I've never been to a Savers where I felt a bit grungy after leaving. They could make it at least feel a bit cleaner in there. Additionally, I've bought 2 electronic items that I couldn't test in store (computer monitor and paper shredder) that didn't work upon plugging it in at home. They should test those before selling!! I want my $30 back but can't return those items. What I do like is their self-checkout stations.

The largest Savers I have visited, to date. Absolutely amazed by their organization and selection in all categories.

You drop it off and there's a back door with a bell so someone will take it in for you and they will give you a receipt for your taxes * and a discount coupon to use right away , hope that helps
Yes
They can't take anything medical there--
Savers is a non-profit organization that accepts donations ( clothing, electronics, house-wares, toys, etc.) and in return they will give you a tax credit pamphlet that you can fill out and use as a credit for that years tax bill. They do not offer cash or any monetary coupon for items or donations.
