Svetlana and Penelope are rockstars- top of their game. As for having to pay for a bags, MOST Massachusetts residents understand that the practice was implemented to discourage waste and encourage better environmental practices. This place is incredible and I recommend anyone to go there if they are looking for a unique item or if they would like to donate something to help others in need.

I understand that for public/covid reasoning you don't have ur fitting rooms open but then place a return policy for clothing. How is it possible that I will spend money there but can't return it if it does not fit. U stealing people's money. And now and days we have alot of people that don't have that kind of money to spend just because. So I recommend that as a goodwill store that atleast your fitting rooms should be open giving people the opportunity to make sure that the little bit of money they may have to get clothe is something that they will use and not have to give it away because it didn't fit and have them waist unnecessary money. Things are getting harder for people don't be a store that takes advantage of people.

I like this Goodwill the best so far, their prices are most reasonable than other goodwills in MA/RI, just wasn't fond of going there for the 50% off colored tag and all employees were literally taking that color off shelves/racks. What's the point of having a color if you're taking it away, at least wait towards closer to end of day. The guy that cashed my mom and I out was awesome, so nice and happy you could feel his genuine kindness which is rare these days.

I like Goodwill but this one is just priced weird. For instance ALL shirts are $4.99 no matter if it’s a tank top or sweater, American Eagle or Old Navy… not very good deals. I guess I just like to browse and if I find something then great!!!

We don't sell a lot of baby/toddler clothing, but we should be able to accept those. You may also want to check if there any Worcester area organizations that accept baby clothes.

We're not a consignment store if that's what you are asking. The clothes that are donated are resold in our stores. Some textiles that are not sold in the stores may be sold to companies that make rags or recycled fibers.
