I own a Townhouse that was constructed in 2009 here in the North Shore. Last winter left our gas fireplace losing efficiency with the pilot light going out and a general re-examination of it's design capabilities? I called upon Yankee Fireplace Grill & Patio for a service visit. The serviceman "Kevin" was sent and accessed its overall performance and went to work. (I also requested that a "blower-fan" be installed to distribute heat more efficiently.) This, and the exterior exhaust vent was examined, and bird nesting debris was encouraged to be removed! In time, the project was completed to our satisfaction, and I will continue to consult Yankee Fireplace for any issues that may arise. Gratefully, Steven Marblehead,MA

She was so friendly, knowledgeable,and helpful.My fireplace was old & had an opening with irregular stones so the normal insert would not fit properly .Lauren was able to send me via email several options for me to pick from .My insert was installed & I am so pleased with it.Thank You Lauren and your team.
