When other locations take $$ as the key to the organization Extra innings has taken the time to develop and get to know the kid and not make them a number. We all know winning is important but child development is key for our future and respect! My son has passion and love for the game and is looking forward to show his drive and is growth. We as parents need to show what respect is so the teammates show it at practice and the field. This way EI can focus on developing the athlete!
