NEVER EAT HERE. I’d give this place ZERO stars if I could. Not one employee here was wearing gloves. The woman making the sandwiches: no gloves. The kid at the dry station behind the counter: no gloves. I locked eyes with him multiple times as he was grabbing fry’s and nuggets putting them in his pocket then eating them… with no gloves-wiping his salty greasy hands on his sloppy t shirt and again… grabbing fry’s and tucking them into the box with NO GLOVES. This place is disgusting. I got my money back & left. Will never eat at this place again in my life.

This Wendy's does not pride itself on professionalism. I used the app for the first time to order online, got to the window and was informed it was closed by the night manager Tamika. When I asked if I could get my money back, she informed me that she couldn't do that. I asked why a manager couldn't provide reimbursement, and she shrugged me off. I pulled up to the window and asked her for my money back because I had already paid, and she said she couldn't because the store was already closed early due to being short staffed. While I can't blame the manager for being short staffed, I do blame this Wendy's for effectively stealing my money. I was given a number for the day manager as if I could get my money back. All I know, is that I would like $19.09 back. It might seem small, but the principle behind customer service was utterly trashed and this Wendy's actually stole from me for not providing the goods I had paid for. DO NOT COME HERE.

This is by far the worst Windys I've ever been to in my life. the woman at the window was extremely rude and disrespectful, she call me dumb because I went to the 1st window for payment like always. Somebody really needs to look into this place, the kid at the window didn't want to tell me her name because he knew I was turning Her in for being disrespectful. Last time I came I got a hot coffee and it had a long black curly nasty hair in it. Super gross

It's fine. It's a Wendy's, so you gotta just expect that. The fries are usually cold, though. Unlike McDonald's ice cream machine, we've never found their frosty machine out of service, though. Lol.
