I hired Allegheny Land Surveying to conduct a certified boundary survey that included county research, field work, staking with iron rebar and flags, and creating a plot plan. The business manager was very prompt and friendly in her communication. The two surveyors arrived on time for my appointment and were also very friendly. They did an excellent job with staking the boundaries of my land, and afterward they walked around my land and explained the boundaries to me. One business day later, the business manager emailed me a soft copy of my plot plan, and she also mailed me a hard copy. Compared to another survey company, Allegheny Land Surveying's availability was slightly sooner, and their price was slightly lower.
