Went to get freon for my girlfriend's car. The counter person was very helpful. He took me to the kiosk that had what I needed. He also pointed out the pricing differences between various brands. I ended up buying the Autozone brand of freon which was about 50+% less than the next product. I highly recommend this store

Went to get Oil for my 2017 Hyundai Santa fe had an oil change 6 weeks ago, it needed 4 quarts of oil today. 3 staff on this morning no waiting. Recieved what I needed in a timely manner. I usually go here for service when I am in this area.

Yes, that is part of their sales pitch for wipers.
You can rent a diagnostic tool from them. You pay the price of the tool and then can return it for a refund. Diagnostics cost about $50 at any garage, I dont think AutoZone does it for free or they would have told me that when I rented the diagnostic tool from them.
