This was my first experience ever going to a vape shop and by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a store. The guy was ignorant, and when I asked him how to use it and that I wanted to make sure I was buying the right thing because I had a thc cart (medicinal and I showed him my card) he started getting all extra saying not in the shop and when I said I've never used one before I have no clue what to do he started to again say not in the shop. While this was going on there was another gentleman behind me that knew the heavy set guy that I was dealing and he just sat there laughing . I will never go back here and encourage anyone to not go there as well especially if you want to kno the product your buying or how to use it .

Went in and bought a new tank, then a new mod, new batteries, juice, coils, all together around $200 over a couple weeks. Everything was at least twice what you would pay from an online store, but I always like to support local business. Some of the juice they sold me burnt up two new coils before even a single tank was finished. Apparently "store policy" is to do nothing, not even swap out the juice or discount a coil. My policy is to not shop at places that do not stand behind what they sell, and to warn others. There are better options out there than Swirling Wind Vapors.

Worst vape shop in Pittsburgh If I could give them negative Stars it would be a -10 Don't buy anything from the store If you buy a mod and it happens to be defective they will do nothing to help you They will blame it on the distributor telling you it's out of warranty I love to support local businesses but it's crazy to me that we live in a society where customer service does not matter give me your money if something's wrong it's not are probably I never asked for my money back I just want a mod that works I own my own business and I stand by my work if a customer has a problem I try my hardest to fix it because I know that I live or die by my customers You just lost a longtime customer

These guys really know their stuff!!! I've bought several products here, but recently I went in to fully upgrade to a new, better tape. Chris was absolutely excellent. He is extremely knowledgable and took a significant amount of time with me teaching me about every part of my new tape and how to care for it. I would recommend this place to beginners vapers and experts alike. I will definitely be visiting again!

All employees wear masks. We sanitize the entire shop each night. We have contactless ordering in place. Order via phone or online and pay, then we request you please call when you arrive in our parking lot. After checking your ID whhich you will hold up to the window for verification, the employee will request you step back to the printed box 6 feet away and place your products on a table outside. We will close the door and you may pick up your order then.
I dont think they do now. The store is open. I use them alot
