Inquired from the west coast about a solid Franco chain, owner responded pretty quickly letting me know he would get back to me the next day. Called the next day and texted, no reply. Texted him again the day after that basically saying “Hey can you respond I’m trying to give you business” no reply. Very poor attentiveness and makes you feel as if you’re not worth their time. Took my business somewhere else, and hey, personally I’d rather spend 5 dollars more a gram for gold to be treated with respect.
