They got my food to me quickly but the fries were a few hours old and doused heavily with salt. I went back upto the window to get new fries and they made me new ones but had an attitude about it the whole time and didn't even salt them at all

Sometimes 1 star is actually too many! It's a shame to think this used to be such a nice place to eat as I was growing up. It has turned into a dirty restaurant with disrespectful employees and managers who don't deserve such a title...and this was happening far before Covid. This place is 100% following in the footsteps of another Wendy's I grew up near, Pleasant Hills. I watched this same decline for years over there. It now sits signless with boarded up windows. This same fate feels inevitable in the not so far off future for this Wendy's, as well.

I wish I could give it zero stars. I have never in my life had worse service than I have at that Wendy’s! I ordered three frosties in the drive through (I have three kids) and when I finally got to the window she said she only rang me up for two. I said no problem just add another one on- I hadn’t even paid yet! She said no she can’t do that and I’d have to get back in the drive thru line to reorder and was laughing at me! Then I realized she was serious and just stared me down! I told her I was going to park at her window until she sold me the frosty. She eventually did and rolled her eyes at me. I haven’t been back since- seriously screw that place, they will never get a cent of my money again.

This isn’t a review about long lines or technical problems. Those issues come with a global pandemic and not offering a livable wage to your workers. This is a review about my actual experience as a customer. I’ve been here 3 times. All three times I’ve had a bad experience. My first time here they completely mixed up my order for another customer. The second and third time I was guilt tripped by an older lady for not purchasing a “premium” item and for not taking their survey on the receipt. I’m not saying don’t come here. It’s the typical fast food, but just be warned of the behavior of the staff.
