Workers in the leasing office are useless. They never have an answer to any question about the building that I have as a tenant EVER and I’ve lived here for over a year. Things were run so much smoother under the last manager. I wouldn’t recommend moving in here with the people in charge right now

I called to request a work order to repair a broken screen. The maintenance worker came promptly on Monday morning and had the screen fixed in no time. Every one was pleasant and professional.

I lived there for a year, and my brother lived there for about 2 years. We never had any real issues during the time we stayed there. Heat and water is included in the rent. Both cats and dogs are welcome in most buildings (for an extra monthly fee). It can be a little noisy if there are kids living there, but it's pretty much just on the weekends, and I've never heard it too early or late in the day. You can have packages sent to the main office if you won't be home to pick them up, which is really convenient. Maintenance was always respectful and very quick to respond to any of our requests. Snow removal was always done early and quickly. There is a swimming pool and a small seating area around it with tables and umbrellas. The pool is clean and there's a lifeguard on duty as long as it's open. The complex is located about 5 minutes from downtown Haverhill and 495N and 495S. The only thing really missing for me was some kind of a fitness center. The nearest gym I know of is about 12 miles away, so it would have been nice to have something at the complex, even if it were a small center with a membership fee, it's better than nothing. Overall, I would say it's definitely a step up from the surrounding area. I would recommend it.

While some noise is typical with apartment living, it isn't normally a factor here at Pine Valley. Pine Valley has a major advantage in that there are only 8 apartments per building and each level is placed in a way to reduce noise between our apartment homes.
We have recently renovated the kitchens and bathrooms in the apartment homes. We have changed out the countertop to a darker laminate top and have installed black GE appliances in the kitchen. In addition our first floor apartment have vinyl plank throughout the main living areas.
Each resident over the age of 18 must apply. Once we receive the application we process your credit through a third party company who provides us with a letter recommendation for approval. The security deposit can range from $99 to 2 months rent. In addition, we will collect your proof of income and will need to conduct a rental history verification.
Your Valet Living Trash service is included in your monthly rent. As a resident here you are responsible for your gas, electric and cable/internet service.
Each apartment home at Pine Valley comes with a 1-car or 2-car attached garage depending on the size of the apartment home.
