I have been a resident of Heritage Hills for the past five years, and I will be honest: things have gone downhill since I began renting here. With the initial property owners and management, there was a good deal of understanding between the property manager and the residents. There were little issues that were dealt with in a timely manner (sometimes with a reminder), and the place was an excellent value for the money. Once the property changed hands, there were continued "upgrades" to the community that did nothing to increase the value to the renters. While the townhouses are spacious and the exteriors are nice, the interiors are older in many units, the floors creak, and the insulation is a joke. There is a temperature differential of over 5 degrees between floors, which neither the property management nor maintenance will do anything to fix (I was told "that's the way it is" by one of the individuals in charge). Rent has almost doubled over the last five years with little to no added value or benefit to the community for the increase in rent. While there are ample parking spaces in the community as a whole, the spaces are narrow, which forces some residents to be near the lines or park in two spaces, limiting the options for their neighbors. Bugs are a continuous problem, despite numerous requests to have them taken care of. The biggest thing this community has going for it is the maintenance crew. They are awesome people and usually complete maintenance requests within one business day! While I am thankful that I have had a roof over my head for the last five years, I would not rent here again.

I’ve lived in Heritage Hills for 18 years and have been happy here. I had to move recently to an updated unit. The rent has increased but it is comparable to apartment rentals in the area. The staff here is always helpful and friendly. My experience has been good here!

I enjoy swimming in the pool during the summer. The grounds are very walkable & safe. The maintenance workers are available 24/7 for any unit issues. I also like easy accessibility to the garbage disposals, close to my unit.

The units are spacious, however nothing is updated, the floors creak, parking is a joke, and management does their best to suck the soul out of this "community". There is 1 recycling can for over 300 units here. The pool is only open when they can find a life guard, which isn't often. The units have horrible heating/cooling problems thanks to the age of the buildings. The best thing going for this place is the maintenance team, who are all fantastic. The constant stream of "upgrades" being done are purely for aesthetic purposes, while being a major inconvenience to anyone actually living here. Also, they raise rent $100-$200 every year. We've had issues with ants, carpenter bees, and wasps every year. Good luck finding tenets in the future.
