They showed up on time and cleared, leveled somewhat, and installed 6900sqft of Bahia in about 5 hours. Very nice work, but they left ruts in my front yard from the tractor/front end loader/forklift they used. Some of the sod was not great and it's still patchy from that. Biggest negative is their sod is inundated with knotweed, which is almost impossible to get rid of.

I was a little skeptical at first when the Bahia grass i bought was delivered very brown and dry. The recommendation was to just keep watering it and it would get green in about a week. Thats what we did for 30 minutes about 3 times a day, plus all this rain for the last week. 3 weeks later I just cut the grass for the first time and its looking amazing!
