I just gave birth at LGH about a week ago. I didn't stay very long under 2 days, but would like to say thank you to the doctors, nurses, midwives, and techs at Labor and Delivery and the Mother Infant Unit who helped me deliver and care for my baby. Everyone was caring, considerate, and supportive. Keep up the great work. Thank you so much!!!

If you have an actual emergency, you will have better luck driving to Boston than talking to desk ladies, waiting for hours to get checked out, doctors not showing up and everyone being rude. Only credit I could give was the nurse that was caring about my 2yr old nephew.

I would give them 0 stars but I guess you canβt. My son was brought in for alcohol poisoning. He is a severe alcoholic which brings on many health conditions. He was in the ER when they did a Covid test which came back positive so they put him in an isolated room. The next day his case manager said they are working on getting him into a detox center where he will get the desperate help he needs. Late that night his case manager called me and said they were going to try to get him insurance. The next day I went to the mass health office and was able to get insurance for him. When I got to the hospital they verified that his insurance is active. I was able yo even update his insurance so that he could have more options to go for detox and help. As my husband and I sat in the ER hall for an hour or 2, a nurse supervisor informed us that he had been medically cleared to be released. They were not releasing him to a detox. He was coming home. I was puzzled at first and then realized that the reason he was medically cleared was because he did not have insurance. The day before according to his case manager, it was necessary that he had to be medically detoxed. Long story. This hospital is pathetic and they do NOT help sick people. I was a mere couple of hours too late with the insurance. What they have done is absolute medically and morally negligent. I have absolutely no faith in the healthcare system.

Very lucky to come to the ER during late afternoon and not much people were there at the waiting areas. Got help within less than an hour while I had an asthma attack! All staff and nurses were very caring and were flexible with me! Thank you so much to all that cared and guided me ππ½ππ½ππ½ Really appreciate the team work and further updates on my health :)

They have a garage
Also if he's not present at the birth his name can be added by going to the city clerk's office and revising it
No idea, I'm sorry.
It depends on the patients situation but typically I believe its 8am - 10pm
