Joe who is the manager went above and beyond and helped me resolve an issue. He even checked in with me a few days after I returned the vehicle to follow up with me which I really appreciated. Besides the fact that this location is particularly more lax than other airport locations, I found Joe to be exceptionally helpful and professional. Thank you again!!

Landed in Manchester, NH and was picking up my vehicle at Enterprise. I checked in and the employee said to go outside and see the manager Ben (Gagnon) and he would help me find a car. As I was walking outside, a grey Dodge Challenger HEMI caught my eye. In my usual sarcasm, I said to Ben, had I known I would have reserved the Challenger instead of whatever Prius I reserved. Ben looked at my paperwork, then looked at me and said "Go ahead, take it." I responded "Yeah, right." And Ben said, "No, seriously. Keys are in it." Little did Ben know I was back in NH to bury my father (a huge muscle car fan). Thank you Ben for making my day a little brighter!!! I really appreciated it. On a side note, I'm glad I did not meet NH State Police....that car was sick!!

Great rental experience although I didn’t feel safe when returning my vehicle at 4 am due to the fact that the after hours let drop box lock was broken and you could take out keys that have been placed in there from customers. I have pictures of enterprise would like to reach out to me!

We had a great experience with Enterprise this past week. Our flight was being delayed past their closing so I called to let them know we were still coming. They said no problem, added our flight information and said someone will wait for your arrival. Pick up was easy and quick. The car was great and drop off was even easier.
