This is a nice little park. The historic water tower is pretty right by the river. If you walk down the river you can see Ibis, ducks, herons, gators and turtles. A walk down the river takes you to the Sulfur Springs Pool park which is also nice to enjoy when it is nice outside.

Beautiful quite place to take in the sights or sit quietly by the water. Tower is closed but you can walk right up to it and take some cool pics or yell "olly olly oxen free" into it! It's an ample park with decent parking and a nice trail to jog or walk.

Great location to create a great park, but nothing there. Only a huge old water tower and parking lot. Will be great to setup a soccer field in the area.

River Tower park is just North of the Lowry Park Boat Ramp, the parade goes up stream. So kinda, under the 275 overpass there is a boardwalk on the river. But the park closes at dusk.
Im 42 here all my life they have about 2 floors concreted and sealed so no i been too top 1 time that was when i was 14 and we climbed up with hook and mountain climbing equipment really better spots on river like lowry park lettuce lake park you use too be able too go too crystal springs in zephyr hills where the river is fresh water crystal clear and starts but idiots were getting bitin by water moccasins swiming where your not suppose too so not open too public lithia is only spring in tampa you can swim in but fish are more brakish no large bass sunfish ect lot of nyle pearch and salty more but hills state park is nice 20 years ago there was much more to do on the river now your best going to homasassa or crystal river and wekki wachi springs is really nice bigger fish like snook redfish tarpon really cool hills river gets dirty the closer you get to the mouth of it and tampa bay but snook goes as far in as 10 to 15 miles north of the bay when it gets real cold and when spawning
