Went to the Schenectady store and worked with John to purchase a chaise sectional. He was professional, very knowledgeable and patient. He was able to answer all of my questions and took the time to explain, in detail, financing and getting plan (I recommend everyone gets plan btw!). If you’re looking to buy furniture I highly recommend the Schenectady store and John as the sales person!! Will definitely return for further purchases!

We found some very high quality pieces there that were just what we were looking for. We found an excellent sofa for 50% off and placed an order for a recliner in just the perfect color and fabric. Miguel and Nick did beautifully bring up my new sofa. They were careful and communicated well. Parts of the couch had to be taken apart (legs, pillows off) in order to fit up back stairs.They put it all back together. Thank you, guys.
