Update: Same ol’ s—-! Now someone named xxx had the nerve to make an unsolicited call and text, although we never had a published number. All of this documented to where it will matter. 2021 Original Review - This company was NEVER contacted by us and sent two other items since our request to not do so after the first one AND since the original review. It should not be allowed to do business. Our property is OWNED, and it was told to not send anymore mail to us, yet persists. Obviously, the source that owes mortgage and back taxes, etc. resents us fully owning ours. This opportunist couple could have bought it six years ago when it was up for sale. Spencer was not on the phone when a young woman that made no effort to connect him tried to hang up when told not to mail anything else, trying to interrupt the street name, etc. (He was the name Glenn put in another review on BBB about similar disrespect of another family.) The tactic is to try to pressure non-debted taxpayers who have gotten work done already. They are being referred to entities and a lawyer about harassment, because once the office was told to send nothing else by texts and phone, this was ignored. It will not take a few months to do so, as the boorish woman claimed. They will comply. Two more items after the cowardly postcard of garbage next door taken at an angle to appear as our property was not from Google-a lie reported to website which set the tone of dishonesty. The use of anyone’s full name on that illegal, libelous lynching postcard disrespects privacy and shows a false attempt at niceties. They know where it was sent AND by whom to have stopped mailing other items like a second one with the photographs of the two ringleaders. YES, this is how you operate! All the calls by their minions are documented in our phone account from NY, TX and all area codes. We know who they do business with and have an online file for legal purposes. Both law enforcement, officials and utilities have been notified in case they add prank 911 or service calls of any kind to harass us further. Our door has been tampered with, so small cameras have been installed. This is a Castle Doctrine state. Imagine the huge, tacky yellow folded card with sleazy red print that we returned back to sender with a black marker arrow on June 1, circled also 1st class to make sure USPS gets it to them. We WORKED honest hard years (eight generations) for what we have and shysters trying to take advantage of us are disgusting. Not “vultures”? YOU called yourselves that. Any upstanding company would have complied and told the referrer to sell to them or get lost. Targeting seniors, women and minorities with deeds is pure resentment and greed. Do not request a call or any contact to engage us with you further and cause more stalking. No excuses nor apologies entertained!

Choose Signature Home Buyers if you want a quick, easy and fair sale by knowledgeable and friendly staff. These folks are patient and understanding. Conor and Katie went out of their way to put me at ease from the first phone call. Unlike some realtors, they were always available. I didn't have to face a home inspection or hire a lawyer. I'm so happy I made the choice to trust them. You should too!

I called signature when I saw their ad on Facebook. It was a very pleasant first phone call. Lori is extremely friendly and works with you completely. After talking with her I decided to go on with them. Communication was fantastic and fast. It's unfortunate but their were no investors interested in our home. (We were actually out of their territory and Lori wanted to help us anyway.) I would highly recommend them if you want a hassle free company that will work with you over most anything. Thanks to all of you at Signature!! Maybe we can do business again in the future.
