First and only time in this store; I had to stand in a queue for 20-25 minutes behind about 6 people; to purchase a small set of items. I would not complained had they tried to accommodate; however with only one till open despite having more tills, I guess the manager did not view customers time is important. Had I been more familiar with the local area as I am now, I would have shelved the items and left to get them from another store.

I love this store. I go every chance I get . There are some sales associates that actually have patience with people and provide great customer service. I usually call and ask if certain items are available and if they can put it on hold. They always say yes as long as you describe the item in much detail. Please ask for Ashley, Eren, Katherine or any other associate. They have so much patience and willing to help. Others...I have had replies saying "we don't sell oshkosh products go to Burlington, or I don't know what you're talking about.
