Do you like waiting in line for hours? Do you like being treated like a rock? If so, Sunnyside is the perfect place for you. Don’t get me wrong, this place has the cheapest prices in town, but my God do you end up paying that price with their customer service. This place knows how busy they are yet they do not staff appropriately. That, or they just don’t know how to run a business. The place is always packed and always so unorganized. Try showing up when they open and see if they are truly “open.” Or better yet, try giving this place a call and see if you can 1. Get an answer and 2. Have someone actually call you back. Well, I’m off to stand in line for a few hours because this place is my only option. Dog bless America.

Lots of queues. 6 people in line outside. 8 people waiting inside to register. Another line at the cash stand to pay and pick up product. About 18 people. About one hour total time. Very nice people work there. They seem to have outgrown their facility. A larger location with a few more employees would help. Very busy.

After reading the previous reviews I was just a little hesitant on whether I would go there or not, so I gave it a try and to be honest I can't understand why there was bad reviews unless it was just an off day for everyone because I had a very pleasant visit there. It wasn't a very long wait at all. I may have spent a total of 30 to 35 minutes altogether there. Trent 😎, was very helpful and walked me through the process for ordering online and such. The manager is also a pretty cool guy making sure everything from start to finish was smooth as silk and no hiccups. I wanted to wait and visit a few times before giving my review and I must say I am very happy with Sunnyside and will continue to use them for future purchases. Thanks for your hospitality Sunnyside, keep up the good work 😎👍🌞

Best dispensary you can go to in the Cincinnati area. They have great prices and deals unlike any other dispensary that I’ve personally seen (every day they have a deal on something). They have a nice aesthetic too. I’ve been going here since last August when they just started out and I’m usually only in there for 20 minutes at most, maybe 40-50 when the line is out the wazoo. These employees work fast so the other reviews about waiting for 2 hours really confuse me.

You can view their menu at shop.verdantcreations.com to see currently offered strains. If you are interested in a certain strain you can call and ask what the current batch's THC and CBD content is as it can change from day to day for the same strain. Also I'm sure they can email you a copy of that days specifics that they have on paper sitting in the waiting rooms.
Cash and debit card only. But they charge a $5 transaction fee for using your debit card. They do have an atm inside but the fee for that is $3.50.. and an additional charge of $2.75 if you don't bank with that certain atm.. I would highly recommend bringing cash
no "coupon codes" but different sales every day.. weekends have been 20% off recently
This is a false statement, as with their daily deals and the either military or indigent discount they're the cheapest around and have a more cultivated selection than the other stores who are going for a vast array.
No curbside pickup but you can do an online order and pick it up quickly
Anything that is not flower is processed
You can in Detroit I don't see why not Illinois call and ask to be sure
