I absolutely love it! I was very very hesitant for like a year but my friend bought a few classes and I went. It’s just awesome. I love our coach Lexi.. she pushes you to do better on your pace and gives you a great work out! Love the classes and the atmosphere. Forever a member ❤️

I had a very good experience at New Tampa Studio. It’s a very clean, hygienic, high quality, diverse group classes, equipment’s in good condition; People are nice to one another like in a friend community. Friendly Staff and COACHES (Shelby, Ralph, and Lexi) are really helpful to guide in every aspect. I am usually slow learner, but coaches care about me and give the quality directions to achieve every individual goals. I would recommend this studio.

I joined Orangetheory New Tampa as part of a Black Friday special. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout my process of deciding whether or not to join. They offered me free sessions and everything was great. I decided to join. After my third class, my back was hurting significantly enough that I decided to cancel. I was still within my 3 day cancellation window where you can cancel with no penalties. When I went in person to do the paperwork, they informed me the $100 heart rate monitor that I purchased as required with the membership, was non refundable. I wasn’t informed of this, and then despite my having a legitimate reason to cancel- and within the 3 day window- I have been completely blown off by the staff. I spoke to two different staff members who said they would “speak with the manager and see what they can do” and I have yet to hear back from any of them. It’s funny how when I was thinking about joining, I was getting regular check in texts to see how I was doing and if I was liking the workouts. But now that I have canceled the membership, no one will help me get my $100 back for a heart rate monitor I am not going to use. It is brand new, unopened, still I’m the box! I would never recommend Orangetheory to anyone solely based on the lack of customer service and unprofessionalism I experienced. I know it’s a pandemic Orangetheory, but do you really need my $100?

Monthly is between 99-160. But you can also purchase "packages" that are not monthly. You get a set number of classes - like a 10 pack, for example - and can use them whenever you'd like throughout the year. Buying packages saves money from constantly paying the drop in price per class.
