It was wonderful! Rooms very clean and sound proof. The AKC dog show was happening and we never heard any barking inside our room. We had a problem with the air conditioner leaking and it was fixed right away. We will visit again!

Because this is a hotel dedicated to pets and dog events such as AKC shows I'll approach out from being there for German Shepherd shows. For those of us with disabilities that hinder walking, the grass area where the show ring was was entirely too far from the bowl. That's my biggest complaint. It was painful! It is generally fantastic though. But there should be ground floor rooms in the design. My partner in dogs is clostriphobic. She suffered every ride. And many dog people, such as myself, would like to have exterior entry to rooms. The finishes are extremely dog friendly. But the walls between rooms are more thin than at my house. We listened to our neighbor on her puffiness all night, even after I asked her to be quieter as we were leaving very early the next day with 500 miles to my partner's house and another 170 for me to get to mine. Next time I'll probably stay elsewhere for an easier time.

My daughter and I were stranded for a couple days and the staff here went above and beyond to accommodate us! Wonderful people. Highly recommended! It was clean, they had a dog show going on and a pool too! The only problem is that our TV didn't work.
