I looked on my pharmacy app to see if my prescription was ready I saw it was cancelled so called. The response I got was one of the rudest responses ever! The lady not only was rude but very condisending. She told me that it needed a prior authorization, that I had to call my doctor's office. I asked so it's not cancelled and her response was very rudely "yup that's what I just said, you need to call your doctors office, it needs a prior authorization" I explained it was called in Friday night and it was Monday and I'm sure they would be calling, but I would call them in the morning and then be finding a new pharmacy!

This is my favorite pharmacy location! Friendly, Efficient, helpful, and knowledgeable. The staff are amazing and they seem to go out of their way fill prescriptions quickly, even though they are obvious busy ALL THE TIME! Very hardworking staff here!

I asked for 27 gauge needles and they sold me 30 gauge. Luckily I noticed before I left the store so I went back and explained that she sold me the wrong size. They immediately got nasty and rude and told me to stop talking! I said i definitely won't be coming back and the pharmacist replied, GOOD! I was calm, did not raise my voice, i simply said i can not use these needles, and if you don't have the correct size I can check elsewhere. I've used the Kinney's in Essex for years, they are always so friendly and polite. I was totally shocked by the behavior of these employees. Definitely choose a different pharmacy in St. Albans. The Hannaford and the Walmart pharmacy are much nicer!!

Ever since the local Rite Aid left town I've been searching for the kind of neighborhood drug store I would enjoy shopping at, and I found it here. This store is surprisingly huge. It's entirely possible to do an entire day's worth of shopping in this one place as they seem to have everything from stationary to ice cream and the staff is always friendly and helpful. As for those in a hurry to pick up their prescriptions they can just bypass the store and use the drive-thru.
