Tornado Bus Company

I have an issue to tell you all about concerning my trip from Milwaukee, WI to Guadalajara. At around 9:40AM In Milwaukee the Tornado bus driver came inside the travel agency, where people buy the Tornado bus tickets, and he started to play gambling video games. He knew I was getting a ticket as well as another man. He left after 5 minutes. I got my tickets and looked outside on 16th street at 9:55 and I seen no Tornado bus. myself and 3 other customers were waiting for information on where to board the bus. we had many luggage and it was very cold outside. At 10:05 the travel agent told us that the bus had left without us. He never returned inside to tell us where he was parked. To make matters worse once he knew that he abandoned 4 customers he kept on driving to Chicago. we were all told to come back in the morning for another bus. The other 3 riders all lived close by or had families to stay at overnight. I on the other hand traveled 2 hours from Green Bay, WI and did not have the same luxury. i unfortunately had to spend $100 in a hotel and Uber fees in order to catch next days bus. I feel this incident was caused by the gross neglegence of the Tornado bus driver with no fault of my own. I think it is only fair that Tornado Bus Company compensate me in some way. i have been a loyal customer for 2 years or so and I hope to ride again. But I feel if I don't say anything then this type of awful behavior by it's driver's will be condoned by the company in the future. I called Tornado twice only to get a busy tone when transfered to upper management. I emailed but got no response. My only option is write bad reviews. It is painfully obvious that this company does not care about it's customers. It appears that I will never spend my money with Tornado ever again.
