bought a $150 water pipe 6 weeks ago. It was in storage closet and we heard it break last night. I called Hemptations last night to see if they offer any warranty? The guy only said "Ive never heard of a pipe breaking for now reason?" Thanks for the help bud! I went to Glass Monkey in Covington to get a replacement and will not be back.

Umm...this was my first time there. The service was horrible...I had been wanting to visit, but won't return. The two gentlemen there bearly wanted to help...the one with dreads offered me dog food instead of snacks for my son (he has Sickle Cell), the snacks help him with pain..when I said this is a dog snack..they both laughed??? I was prepared to spend much more than I did...but won't go again. The other guy tried but his demeanor was just like really not wanting to show me anything or explain the items there..to top it off...once I made a purchase...they gave me $15 more than they should have...and took an elephant it seems to correct my change...my son will enjoy his 🎂 gift, but I won't go back..unfortunate...those two were horrible.

I love this little shop. There is so much to see and experience. Their incense selection is top notch. Boxes ,cones and sticks to fit every taste. Lots of hemp products for your home and pets and a sweet hulk of dog to greet you. I wish I had gotten his/her name. The young men behind the counter were friendly and knowlegable and make you feel welcome and comfortable. Definitely a great shop to visit.
