Post offices are typically not a friendly place that I've looked forward to going to. But the Saint Albans location is awesome! Everyone is super friendly and helpful. There is never a long line. And they help you choose the best option for your package with my best interests in mind. I actually look forward to going which is amazing!

Any time I’ve had any issue with my mail the friendly staff at the post office has resolved any issue I’ve had. One associate doesn’t even have to ask for my PO Box as she must have everyone’s PO Box memorized. One day I was concerned that some of my mail may have gotten lost. She said she would be on the lookout for my mail and would do her best to recover the mail. Within a week, my lost mail was recovered which saved me from some headaches. For those who complain about having wet mail, get a PO Box.

Over the past few years this location has taken on and trained quite a lot of new staff. This has improved courtesy, speed, and effectiveness. I am here nearly every weekday and have been very satisfied with how well things were handled.

Luminary Ink

Everyday my mailbox is left wide open. It fills with snow and rain and ruins my mail. Today it was a gift package with handmade earrings from a client. Soaked!!! Why is it so hard to close the mailbox??
