I arrived 30 minutes early, waiting for them to open. Once I signed in I was told I could not set up an appointment in person but I had to call, when I explained that no one ever answers I was told to “Keep calling until you get through.” Here is proof, I have called 106 times this morning since 8AM the line rang busy 104 times and 2 times I actually got a ring but no one answered and the line disconnected after 2 minutes. This is supposed to be here to help people. I know most people aren’t able to call as many times as I did. This needs to change ASAP.

They don't answer the phone as they should they open at 8am but keep lines on busy signal until they feel like answering

So far the experience is very bad! Today i have literally been calling 2 hours non stop to try to talk to someone.. Earlier in the week after about an hour of calling was told I cant do walk in... They couldnt make an appointment that day.. To call back tomarrow.....well... Calling back.... Cant get a hold of anyone... There ia no "on hold system" to get service in order of call.... You just have to keep calling back...

They never have appointments available I been calling for neatly 3months and just 2times they picked up the phone and just to tell me they don't have no more appointments available to keep trying I know they have the funds to help people so why they implement a better idea or system to help us .

Well if you're smart you know any hospital emergency room especially they are busy so it depends on how bad you are hurt if you're really hurt you'll see them quick but if it's a minor problem you'll wait. the best way in is going by ambulance but only if you have good insurance if you don't then it's going to ruin your credit score 😂
Utilities and clinic and birth certificate and etc
Appointments are made by phone only. You can look up the number online or go into the office to get it. The lines are always busy they only allow 6-7 people on hold at a time. Keep redialing until you get on hold. The best time to call is afternoon. Morning lines are always too busy. Once your request is approved, payment is very quick 1-2 days.
Yes they do
No. But, if need to it would be after a few months. Thats if they haven't change the requirements.
Yes they will do it about 3 times a year 1 time for rent and about 3 times for water also but u have to have a good reason for them to pay it
