Great small butcher shop in Anderson. They make a lot of their own stuff like sausages, stuffed pork chops and deli items. Lately they've had new items pretty much every week. The grilling burgers are fantastic and an easy go-to. They also do their own dry ageing on steaks. Staff is really friendly and helpful. They usually have salmon and tilapia also.

Best New York strips and ground sirloin for fabulous burgers! Service A+ oh and don’t forget their pepper jack cheese. Love this place. We buy meat nowhere else.
