Have been craving a Big Mac for weeks so while I was out, I decided to stop at this restaurant because it's right around the corner from where I live. Got home and opened the box to see a picture perfect Big Mac just like the ones in the commercials. I was so surprised and happy. It was yummy.

Honestly best experience I’ve ever had at this location. Both gentleman at each window were super friendly and guest service was there. I will say guy in tie seemed liked a manager so maybe that’s why they were so good on head sets but hats off to you all today!!

Manager Sean for the win!!! Group home lost power and dinner is 3 hours late. Decided to run to McDonald’s for quick sandwiches. Restaurant was busy. Workers trying to crank out orders and the manager is running around trying to help his team and customers. Nervous because I have an order for 15 people. Manager is who I get for a cashier. He doesn’t blink at the size of order just shouts for his team to start it and apologizes for the wait. Then the card reader won’t work. It’s all I have. After many attempts he is unable to get it to work yet hands me a receipt and says I’ll still take care of you?!?!?! What an Angel! Thank you Sean! I hope you are recognized for this amazing act of kindness. I will be back in the am to pay when hopefully the readers are working again. I appreciate you, the community appreciates you!

I ordered using the McDelivery app and had my mom come pick it up. She got there and we registered the order, but the cashier could not find it. The manager had to find it, and fortunately, they did, but it took quite some time because they were really busy. When my food finally did come out (they had to make it) 15 MINUTES LATER, my mom checked the order only to find that they forgot my Szechuan sauce. So (and this is by my mom’s account) my mom asked the lady for the sauce I had ordered. The lady gave my mom attitude and checked the order, and when she grabbed the sauces, she threw them at my mom. When she finally got home, not only was her own food cold, but they had also forgotten my soda. I understand being busy. I work in food service myself, and I sympathize when it comes to being angry at work. However, I also know that there is a VERY clear difference between being angry and acting hostile towards a customer. This lady (whose name I do not know) did not make that distinction when giving my order to my mom, and she ended up leaving in a mild panic. My mom and I had never had a bad experience at this McDonald’s before that I can remember, and like I said, I understand being super busy and feeling mad at that. But anger is no excuse for violence towards a customer. I will rethink using the app and buying from this location in the future.

Don’t work for them. They don’t make you wear a mask and they are an AWFUL location. Choose another franchise if you want to work for McDonalds.
You would think not. If you didn't cause trouble Thats like him asking can you call the cops on me? Can he report me? Anonymous go anyways drive thru or eat at a different one.wear a fake mustache. Get a pound of hamburger and cook a burger at home fry some onions you might surprise yourself! The house will smell good and it will taste better too! Try burger king or something new. Thats just Redonkulous!!

The covid practices here are pretty standard. You must wear a mask and they've got markers on the floor to keep people five feet away from one another.
