Amazing brisket and ribs. So glad I went at 4:30 since it was packed by the time we left. The sauce on the cauliflower is very mild and the vegan withbus enjoyed the black bean Chipotle burger

If you’re from out of town, skip this place. The server was actively rude, she seemed bothered by our presence. We were there a while before we were asked about our drink order. We had one drink (finally) and left. Viking Pub is a much better option, you don’t feel like you’re an inconvenience there.

What a great find, The atmosphere is fun and casual. The food is very good. We had a sampling of fried pickles, 2 ribs and 2 pieces of fried chicken thighs.

We went to Blackstap with a group of 4 on Saturday without a reservation. We ended up only being able to sit outside, and that was fine, but we probably would have had a better time inside. We had two servers. I think one was the manger. Both were super attentive and accommodating. I had fried pickles, pulled pork, green beans, and coleslaw. All of it was delicious except I thought the pork had a little too much vinager. We love Winthrop and I'm happy they have a great restaurant we can visit. I'd suggest making a reservation particularly if it's a busy weekend night.
