Today I needed a new car battery. I called two stores, a competitor and O'Reilly. The competitor could only supply prices, no details. They advertise they install too, but we're uncommitted to say yes until they see the car, even though make/model/yr was provided. Spoke to Brennt at O'Reilly's, he gave the price, warranty, cold cranking amps and other info. Ask if he installed, yes no problem, come on down. Visited the store, paid, and the battery was installed all with 15 minutes. Great customer service, great experience!

Was having a problem with the battery and electrical system..Ron ran several test too determine it was just the battery after being told different at a competitive store..He installed the battery for me and provided too notch customer care...

I always go here for most parts for what I'm working on, sometimes I have to go elsewhere because no one here knows how to look up anything in the computer or even in the books they have in the back, they all say they don't have it or can't get it. It used to be " never say No to a customer". They need to train their employees better, most have no idea what they are doing and don't know anything about vehicles or any knowledge about the automotive industry. All they know is where to put the gas in their car and thats it.. I only go to one location because I know the people there when I worked for this company. It was a good company then, now most locations have gotten worse and seem to get worse. No one knows anything about anything. Other then that, decent parts..
