This place has been highly poor in service to myself and my little one. 1. They falsified incidents in my little one medical report. 2. And now I was going to give them another chance of maybe getting therapy for my little one from this location, they literally disregard me and my child. Highly suggest for people not to come here. Very bad service!

My daughter has been seeing her therapist for sometime now, and absolutely adores her! Ms. Forester has been an amazing person overall and treats my daughter with respect and truly helps her overcome anything she may have been facing. It’s an amazing feeling to have such a companionate person in my daughter’s life that shows her it’s okay to feel💖. Just watching her speak to my daughter with feelings and showing her that not all therapist have to be boring and straight forward is a blessing! Ms. Forester made herself a perfect safe space that is welcoming, and most importantly open! My daughter has had an amazing turn around with her therapist that we are so happy to see unfold and I couldn’t thank Ms. Forester enough for the time, patience and love she gives to not only her patients but to their families to! We are so very grateful to her!

The front desk people were friendly but that was the only positive experience I had at this place. The Dr I had was late to every appointment I had with her and acted like I was a waste of her time. I never felt heard or even like I mattered. It was a horrible experience that I hope nobody has to go through again. Mental health is supposed to be about healing and feeling safe but all this did was make me not want to try this again.

This office was recommended by a service through my employer. They verified this office accepted my insurance and made an initial call for me. I scheduled an appointment for a consultation and paid what was asked. When I left they said the needed to verify benefits and would get back with me. The only time I heard from them is when they wanted more money. I asked about the verification and was told "I will make a note." Almost two months later and I still have not heard from them. Poor service.....Do not recommend and of course I am out $120.
