My psychologist suggested receiving a psychological assessment for a possible autism diagnosis. And so in my search I found this office. I made my appoint about a week and a half in advance and was very clear from the beginning that I was seeking a psych assessment both with the receptionist and in my paperwork then again with Dr. Odio. My appointment was yesterday and I left the appointment in shock and grief. I have been struggling with my mental health to begin with which is the reason for the assessment. Dr. Odio went through a series of very personal questions on my family history which I understand is needed when providing services. But after this invasive line of questioning… she basically says so I know you’re seeking a psych evaluation but I just don’t have the staff right now maybe try back in the summer . I could offer therapy ? I explained I already have a therapist and that I was seeking an evaluation, that was the reason for my appointment. After the personal questions being asked I was so upset and emotional, I couldn’t even process the fact that this woman just wasted my time and took my money for something they knew couldn’t even offer from the beginning? Why would you do this to people? That’s so wrong and unethical. I would never go to this facility for anything after this experience

This center has been a great blessing for our teenage son. Starting with the effective communication of the secretary Mrs. Marlene, continuing with the excellent service of Dr. Sidney Perez. We are so grateful and happy with the connection our son has had with the doctor, she has managed to maintain an effective and helpful communication link. At any time when I need to communicate with the office or with the doctor, I have the option of calling, leaving a message on the recorder or sending it. The process has been difficult, but as the days go by we are enjoying small positive changes. I know we are going to make it ... Thank you Dra. Odio, Marlene and Our Dra. Sidney Perez.

I've been going to this office for the past 2 years now and I've been and still have been seeing Ms.Colleen, she is wonderful. She really cares about her clients and she is someone who can easily be contacted for any need or concern. She has helped me and my issues dealing with anxiety tremendously, and I am a much happier, less anxious person than I was a year ago. I have never had any issues with this office or any of the other people that work in this office. They provide great service and they really truly care about their clients. They always make sure they are their priority and really help with sorting out whatever it is they're conflicted about. I've been really happy here the past few years and I will continue to go to this office for as long as I need to.
